The Caravan Club surely deserves a gold medal for securing a temporary site - for members only - at Barleylands Farm Park, during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The site offers easy access to Olympic venues in and around the London area.

There is a regular overland rail service from Billericay station (only 2.7 miles from site) to Stratford Station - a 25 minute journey.

The site will be open from 27 July 2012 to 12 August 2012 (inclusive) and offers a maximum of 400 pitches.

Prices start at £18.00 per night for a non-electric pitch and £22.00 for a pitch with an electric hook-up (EHU) at 6 amps only.
