Create my profile now!Description of Seating: The van can entertain 4-5 people in the main living space, 2 on the bed and 2-4 on the benches. There are three belted seats in the front (including driver) with headrests.
About the area: Zack lives in Leyton in London on a residential street.
Description of Electrical Setup: There is a large 200ah battery powered by 350w of solar and a DCDC battery charger. There are 2 full sized UK plug sockets and 4 USB charging points. The van works well off grid and doesn't need to be plugged into a hookup.
Parking: If you drive to collect Zack, you are welcome to leave your car in his normal spot. Please let me know if you'd like to do this.
Cooking Equipment: Zack has everything you could need to cook up a feast, including: 2 mugs, 2 plates, cutlery, chopping board, kettle, frying pan, pot, wooden cooking spoon, a sharp knife, tin opener, corkscrew/bottle opene, cafetière. Zack also has a small dustpan and brush.
Water and Sanitation: There is a 75 litre water tank in the garage that provides plenty of water to the sink via an electric pump.
Audio Equipment: Zack has a bluetooth adapter that allows you to play your own music when driving.
Type of Heating: Zack has a top of the line propex heating system with thermostat. Simply set your desired temperature and the heater will turn on and off as necessary to maintain the temperature level.
Conversion Story: Zack was chosen due to his height! Whenever I had tried camper vans before I always ended up being crouched over when standing, or having to sleep curled up due to short beds for the majority of my trip. I decided when I got my own van I would make sure these things were not an issue and designed Zack to be great for comfort while still being easy to drive.
